The YieldPlus™ debone/trim management system comes standard with an outfeed weigh station and integrated quality control station. Quality Control operators physically inspect all trimming for mis-cuts, bone fragments, fat content or other specifications as defined by the individual plant. They are the final inspection before the product is packed. |
