Triple Bulker
The Gainco AccuFill™ Triple Bulker is designed to provide accurate weight measurement of meat, poultry and other food industry products, for delivery to any number of bulk containers. The Triple Bulker will increase operator efficiency and production throughput while, simultaneously improving labor utilization and product handling versus manual bulking processes.
 
Fresh, frozen, whole muscle, trim, offal and virtually all other products are suitable for processing with our AccuFill™ Triple Bulkers. Product is fed via a conveyor or other material handling device to the bulking system. Products are collected in a hopper assembly that is connected to a load cell. Once a pre-programmed target weight is achieved, a gate on the buffer hopper closes and product is diverted to the other hopper assembly for collection and weighing. The hopper with the collected product is automatically or manually accepted... then discharged into a container.
