- Optional PC interface - Windows® -based PC is connected to
the standard control system and stores operating data. Generating custom
sorts and graphics as bar graphs and pie charts is a snap. The PC
interface can also send real-time operating data over customer networks
to offices or other plant locations.
- Missed Bird Detector - upgrade is a
first (or last) line of defense ... an early warning system that makes
our GS-1000 system an even more advanced and cost effective tool for
productivity and profits. Upgrade an existing system or incorporate into
new system. This detector employs a sensor mounted below the shackle and
at the end of the line after the last drop point which interfaces with
special system software.
- Unloader deactivation switch - Drop point overflows become a
thing of the past with the unloader deactivation switch. It can set up
near a drop point to allow operators to quickly deactivate an unloader
once a bin is full or a cut-up line goes down. Birds that have been
assigned to that unloader are reassigned to a secondary drop point until
the unloader is reactivated.
- InterSystems Control - This optional control package allows
the user to treat multiple overhead lines as one line. This eliminates
line coordination headaches, makes line programming far easier,
assures adequate bird distribution and maximizes line utilization.
