BUS-Based Controller

The Brain Behind the GS-1000 System

The standard easy-to-operate BUS-base system controller includes a computer controller, monitor and keyboard. It is typically installed in a plant floor office control center for easy monitoring by plant personnel.

·  Controls up to 32 unloaders: ample drop options for every department in further processing.

·  Selectable unloader priority: allows for prioritized drops according to parameters dictated by specific customer needs.

·  Line stretch compensation: automatically compensates, so drops will always activate at the right moment, no matter what the level of line wear.

·  Alternate unloading: enables pre-set unloading of product into specified bins, then alternating to other bins when one is filled ... all without stopping the line.

·  Birds per minute/extended range and grade: targets the desired number of birds per minute for a given onloader. The system will also refer to extended weight and grade ranges set up by the user to assure the birds-per-minute goal is achieved.

·  Pre-set batch count: system adheres to a pre-set drop count at a specific drop point, until the vat is removed and the drop is reset.

·  Selectable weight units: displays in grams, ounces, pounds or kilograms.

·  True weight calculation: measures the weight of each shackle during set-up...then automatically recalculates to reflect true product weight each time a bird is weighed, and displays this to the user.

·  Multiple production schedules: Industry- leading programming capability allows up to four individual production schedules and parameters to be housed in the system.

·  "Auto zero" feature: software fine-tunes weighing accuracy by automatically compensating for load cell drift or scraps on the weigh deck.
