The agreement became effective on October 12, 2011.

Anritsu is one of the most established equipment brands in the x-ray detection field.  The company’s roots date back more than 40 years, and the first Anritsu x-ray systems were introduced in 2000.  Since then, more than 7,000 units have been installed worldwide, even as the product line has continually evolved.
